Instruments and Materials

YarnArt Jeans color mint, white, red, pink, blue and yellow

2 mm crochet hook

7mm of safety eyes

Toy filling

Scissor, yarn needle, markers, pin.

Abbreviations

ch: chain
sts: stitch(es)
slst: slipstitch

Sc: single crochet

Inc: increase

Dec: Decrease

Dc: double crochet

hdc: half double crochet

FLO : Front loop only

BLO : Back loop only

FO: Faten off

HEAD

Use white yarn

Row 1: 6sc in Mr (6)

Row 2:  6 inc (12)

Row 3: (1sc, 1inc) *6 (18)

Row 4: (2sc, 1inc) * 6 (24)

Row 5: (3sc, 1inc) * 6 (30)

Row 6: (4sc, 1inc) * 6 (36)

Row 7: 36sc (36)

Row 8: (5sc, 1inc) * 6 (42)

Row 9 – Row 10: 42sc (42)

Row 11: 9sc, 3inc, 18sc,3inc, 9sc (48)

Row 12: 48sc (48)

Row 13: (3sc,1dec,3sc) * 6 (42)

Row 14: (5sc, 1 dec) * 6(36)

Row 15: (4sc, 1 dec) * 6 (30)

Row 16: (3sc, 1 dec) * 6 (24)

Cut the thread leaving enough length for sewing. Stuff with the fiberfill.

Place the safety eyes between row 9 and 10 at about 8 sts apart.

MUZZLE

Use mint yarn

Row 1: 6sc in Mr (6)

Row 2:  6 inc (12)

Row 3: (1sc, 1inc) *6 (18)

Row 4: BLO, 18sc (18)

Row 5: 18 sc (18)

Cut the yarn, stuff it a little. Sew the muzzle to the head. Use the black yarn to make the nostril.

EAR (Make 2)

Use mint yarn

Row 1: 6sc in MR (6)

Row 2: 6sc (6)

Row 3: (1sc,1inc)*3(9)

Row 4: (2sc,1inc) * 3 (12)

Row 5 – Row 6: 12 sc (12)

Row 7: (2sc, 1dec) * 3 (9)

Cut the yarn, don’t stuff it. Sew the ear to the head between row 3 and row 8.

HORN

Use yellow yarn

Row 1: 6sc in MR (6)

Row 2: 6sc (6)

Row 3: (1sc, 1inc) * 3 (9)

Row 4 – Row 6: 9sc (9)

Cut and secure the yarn. Stuff it. Sew the horn to the head.

BODY

Use white yarn

Row 1: 6sc (6)

Row 3 – Row 4: 9sc (9)

Change to white yarn

Row 5 – Row 10: 9sc (9)

Cut the yarn, stuff it a little. Sew the arm between row 17 and 18 of the body.

LEG (Make 2)

Use mint yarn

Row 1: 6sc (6)

Row 2: 6inc (12)

Row 3: (1sc, 1inc) *6 (18)

Row 4: BLO, 18sc (18)

Change to white yarn

Row 5: 18 sc (18)

Row 6: (1sc, 1dec) * 6 (12)

Row 7: 12sc (12)

Cut and secure the yarn. Stuff it. Sew the leg to the body.

Amigurumi Unicorn Pattern

TAIL (Make 4 in pink, yellow and mint)

Chain 10, start from 2nd from hook, 9sc.

Cut and secure the yarn

Sew the tail to the back of the body.

HAIR

Bangs hair (Make 2)

Use pink and yellow yarn

Chain 20, start from 2nd from hook, 19 sc .

Cut and secure the yarn. Sew the hair to the head.

Braid hair

Use 9 strand of yarn to make a braid. Sew the braid to the head. Decorate it by the ribbon.

ROSE (Make 3 in blue, red and yellow yarn)

Chain 9, start from 2nd from hook, 8inc.

Roll the rose and sew it together through the bottom! Sew the rose to the head.

MAKE UP

Apply pink blush to the face.
